We
can set our clients up with handheld digital recorders for easy uploading of dictation. This is the most convenient
and most efficient way we have found for a physician to dictate patient visits, upload recordings, and access transcribed
reports. They are compact, light-weight, and easy to use. The quality of the recordings is very clear and easily
audible.
The call-in method for delivery of your dictation provides you with a toll free number available from anywhere in the
continential US. You simply enter your user/report information, record your dictation and the completed dictation is
sent to us automatically. This service is available 24/7.
We offer various TATs. Most common TATs are 24-48 hours but are usually able to adhere to less than 24
hours.
Stat reports have a TAT that ranges from 2-4 hours. Stats are to be called in between the hours of 8 a.m.
and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Billing rates vary according to the complexity of each individual account. We also provide you with line counting
sorware if needed in order to verify line counts.
We have delivery options that meets most needs. However, our normal method is via electronic transfer with
the option of encrypted/password protected emails, faxes, etc. Our software supplies the required password/encryption
codes necessary. EVERY method we utilize for the transmission of confidential data is HIPAA compliant.

Service contracts are included to ensure there is no interruption of services provided to our clients.
